Valveworks USA is acquiring choke products company Lancaster Flow Automation, the company announced Nov. 21.
Effective Oct. 31, the deal integrates Houston-based Lancaster’s choke and flow-control automation technology with Valveworks’ wellhead and tree equipment, gate valves and actuation product offerings.
Valveworks said the acquisition creates synergies for the company’s manufacturing infrastructure.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed in its announcement.
