Houston Natural Resources Corp. is changing its name to Cunningham Natural Resources Corp., the company announced Nov. 8.
Effective Nov. 11, the company will begin trading under the “CNRC” ticker symbol on the OTC Equity Markets.
No actions are required by existing stockholders in regards to the name and ticker symbol changes, the company said.
Now rebranded as Cunningham Natural Resources Corp., the company will continue its focus on traditional oil and gas opportunities, as well as energy transition materials such as mining for copper, lithium, gold and other precious metals.
